A few tips for using guided meditations:
Never listen to a guided meditation while operating a moving vehicle.
For best results, close your eyes and give the guided meditation your full attention throughout.
Remember, you can't do it wrong; however you imagine is okay.
If you have a little voice in your head telling you that you are not doing it right, just ignore it and keep going!
This is meant to be relaxing and enjoyable--like a brief vacation.
The more you listen, the more you will experience positive results.
Listening for 21 days in a row is optimal. Give yourself permission to do what you can!
